Im Rahmen von „Kultur und Schule“ besucht Dorothée Hahne mit Ihrer Klang- & Medienwerkstatt das Städtische Gymnasium Schleiden.

Angeblich ist nichts schneller als das Licht. Das Elektrizität ebenso schnell ist, ist einer der besten Gründe damit Musik zu machen. Als Klangquellen verwendet die Komponistin nicht nur Musikinstrumente, Vogelstimmen, Türen, Wasserquellen oder auch schon mal den Klang zu einer bestimmten Zeit an einem bestimmten Ort – die Komponistin macht Musik aus Allem was klingt.

Am 5. Dezember 2013 stellt sie in der Aula des SGS ihre Kompositionen, Software und Projekte vor, die den Computer als Live-Elektronisches Musikinstrument, Produktionsstudio und mehr verwenden. Im nächsten Jahr ergänzen ihre Workshops, die Grundlagen zum Umgang mit Hörbarem und den dazu verwendeten Medien vermitteln, die Angebote am SGS. Die Ergebnisse zum Thema “Alles im Fluß” werden abschließend als eigene Internetradiosendung vorgestellt.

ROTLICHT is an encounter between two artists who have each long found their own original voice and won multiple awards for their work.

What their works have in common is an immediate, sensual impact on our perception.

Their artistic exploration and collaboration produced a multi-part cross-genre performance that unites choreography, composition, live electronics and improvisation.

Henrietta Horn, long-term artistic director of the Folkwang Tanzstudio, has been working as a freelance choreographer, dancer and teacher since the end of 2008.

Dorothée Hahne is a composer, musician and publisher. She gives performances and concerts in museums, galleries and churches, creates instrumental and electronic compositions, film scores, poetry scores and audio drama projects.

Am 2. Juli 2011 gastiert das Blockflöten ensemble Trio aXoloT beim Traumzeit Festival in der Duisburger Kraftzentrale mit seinem Programm “Grenzklänge –  der Klang der Zeit”. Als Vorgeschmack sendet der Kulturspiegel eine Wiederholung der  Sendung vom Januar 2011 mit der Uraufführung des Programms in Münster:

Die 3 Musikerinnen, die sich während Ihres Studiums in Amsterdam kennenlernten, widmen sich seit 2007 als Ensemble der Aufführung von Alter als auch Neuer Musik. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Komponisten und Komponistinnen sind seitdem mehrere Werke für die Triobesetzung entstanden. Zu Hören gibt es im Kulturspiegel Aufnahmen aus dem Repertoire des Trios als auch Livemitschnitte aus Ihrem neuen Konzertprogramm “Grenzklänge – der Klang der Zeit”, das am 21. Januar 2011 in Münster mit der Uraufführung der Auftragskomposition “Interferences of inner voices” von Dorothée Hahne eine erfolgreiche Premiere feiern konnte. Continue reading »

Wiederholung der Sendung vom 31. März 2011 mit dem faszinierendem Eröffnungskonzert des baskischen Txalaparta Duo Ttukunak beim Moers Festival 2008. Wer das Duo hierzulande live erleben möchte, hat dazu am 1. Juli 2011 im Schloß Ahaus die beste Gelegenheit, wenn der Kunstverein ArtHAUS die Zwillingsschwestern Sara und Maika Gomez zu einem Konzert in der Veranstaltungsreihe “IMMER ICH” präsentiert.
Im zweiten Teil der Sendung ist die Aufführung von “Dunkelzelt”  – eine rotierende Klangkomposition für 8 Musiker und Live-Elektronik von Dorothée Hahne, ebenfalls mit dem Duo Ttukunak und weiteren sehr spannenden Akteuren zu hören. Eine neue Quintettversion von “Dunkelzelt” wird am 2. Juli 2011 vom Ensemble XENON in Berlin aufgeführt, das ausserdem auch eine Duoversion des Hahnschen “dance macabre” sowie Kompositionen von John Cage und Markus Wettstein präsentiert. Stories and music about traveling in Münsterland

“Stop stories – on the road” are short stories and an electronic music piece, dealing in different ways with the environment of the Münsterland. In 2002, the stories were able to listen for several months in the Euro buses transport companies of Munster. The german audio book CD was the first publication of NEWSIC together with the Foundation, located in the Münsterland Schöppingen artists, guest appearances in the stories the authors of the stop in 2001 as a scholarship, and the Foundation for Art and Cultural Münsterland.

Martin Heckmann viewed during the bus ride into the sky and lets his thoughts wander, while Matthias Göritz his own way has found rich in artistic portrait form. The Red Lights of Jan Groh tell a true story of the frontier in 1945. The digitized voices of nightingales by Dorothée Hahne become melancholic songs and Malgorzata Saramonowicz finished a story of another kind about searching god. Continue reading »

Already more than 2000 years, the Basque Txalaparte were used as instruments to communicate over longer distances. Messages have been beaten for it in different rhythms with two 50 cm long wooden sticks on tree trunks that are more developed in the course of the centuries, the logs are made from a cherry or chestnut wood planks. Txalarparte are always played by two players together and the identical twin sisters Sara and Maika Gomez, belong to the world’s best txalapartaris, known as the Basque Duo Ttukunak. In its music the deep solidarity becomes just as noticeable their Basque roots as their most intuitive and innovative kind of play, which they led on tours around the whole globe. Continue reading »
