Compositions for and with recorder

In addition to the lecture at the 24th ERTA Congress 2022, here is an overview on my compositions for recorder.

All the works, with the exception of the instrumental and two works with playback, are realized with live- electronics by Max/MSP patches, which are available with the sheet music. Some compositions have been published in the edition newsic, others will follow and are already available on request. The composition “Yesterday – Today – Tomorrow” was published by Carus-Verlag. Düsseldorf: Vernissage R. Reschkowski – Yûgen-C Zyklus

In November 2019, the composer and music performer Dorothée Hahne was invited by the artist Robert Reschkowski to his studio. In interaction with alphorn and live electronics, a work of the Yûgen cycle was created, while the sounds of the painting process flowed into the music.The Yûgen C cycle by Robert Reschkowski was to be exhibited at the Düsseldorf Künstlerverein Malkasten from June 5th to 7th.

Feldkirchen (A): ERTA Int. Wettbewerb Finale – UA dance macabre

Der Internationale Wettbewerb für Blockflöte Solo in Feldkirch, vom 29. Oktober bis 4. November 2006, wird – in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorarlberger Landeskonservatorium – veranstaltet vom österreichischen Zweig der European Recorder Teachers Association = ERTA – Verband von Blockflöten-Lehrern Österreichs.

Der Wettbewerb wendet sich an junge Musiker, die eine Karriere als konzertierende Blockflötenspieler verfolgen oder anstreben. Der Abschluss eines Konzertfachstudiums oder eine diesem Abschluss gleichwertige Reife wird vorausgesetzt.

Zum Internationalen Wettbewerb für Blockflöte Solo in Feldkirch (Oktober/November 2006) haben sich 51 Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer aus 10 Nationen angemeldet.

Doppelte 1. Preisträgerin: (Wettbewerb-Jury & Publikumpreis) des Wettbewerbs 2006: Maria Hofmann (Mozarteum Salzburg)

Für ihr Programm “Vanitas” entstand die Komposition “dance macabre” für Blockflöte & Live-Elektronik” von Dorothée Hahne.
