With her programme, recorder player Lea Sobbe from Trier spans an arc from the traditions of the Baroque era to the tonal language of the 20th century. Sobbe combines historical performance practice with new music and free improvisation. Whether at international festivals such as the Lucerne Festival or the Laus Polyphoniae in Antwerp: Her artistic versatility makes her an exceptional performer on her so often underestimated instrument.
